This era is apparently over, ushering in a new era of chain smoking mail carriers driving vehicles spouting soot as they scream and rant conspiracy theories at kids in the yard.

Shannon is awesome! I appreciate him SO much! I was in need of a new passport and unfortunately all the locations in Charlotte are booked for months and months on end!!! I didn't know what to do! Shannan helped me and my friend book an appointment for a post office in Jefferson, SC. He patiently waited while I sorted things out! Thank you so much! Give that man a raise! He deserves it as he was so kind and we need more of that in this world!!

Each time same issue Dropping my packages with printed labels asking to scan and they sending me from on person to another one. On friday i was staying long line than one of the manager send me back to another table with explaining if you need just scan it here because we want to track all . Today i went to pointed me on Friday table wait line than they send me back to third line where not possible to print receipt. Earlier i took from them 4 flat rate boxes and they told me since you have own account you cant use our supply all only for our walking clients. They had 1000 and plus boxes on the floor. I placed all supply online got my boxes without any problem but what wrong with this people why they really hating someone who handling shipping labels by them self? All the time they bot sure which line i need to stay. Or out of scanner or dont have paper for receipts. I prefer to use next door ups and pay extra for service than being hated with no reason

Ladies in this post office are totally amazing and super helpful and explain everything even if you have silly questions. And they’re quite responsible I would say as my packages are never late or missing. And I really love the painting on the wall at the hallway

It depends, if you are renewing just go online, print and fill out the form and send it in with an acceptable pic, and ur cashiers check. The online site will tell u what docs u need to send
Yes, you do need to make an appointment. Waiting time can take a month or more if high season.
