My car needed a battery & altinator, it wa $1000.00 and some change. IThe next morning the engine light came on, I called and they said I would have to pay another 110. 00 for a diognostic test. Nice way to do buissness. Took it to our regular shop and they found that a wire had been cut and caused the light to come on, they said it was definetly cut. What a coincedence! I believe they are dishonest.

I’ve had good service for maintenance from Henry. He’s great. The service writers for something more…not so much. Went in for routine service, noted a problem, quoted repair, scheduled appointment, rearranged two work schedules and arranged an Uber only to get a call an hour later to tell me they can’t fix. I don’t care if you can’t fix something. I’m sure I can find someone. Don’t tell me you can and then can’t.

The worker that assisted me was able to view what was causing the engine to fail. He also provided detailed information about the issues within the car that developed from the car being overfilled by 2 quarts from Valvoline!! I’m grateful for his insight and detailed explanation. He was very friendly and professional.
