Always a great experience using Enterprise! Competitive rates but more importantly outstanding customer service. All the other rental companies have long lines and and a slow check out. I never take more than 10 minutes to get out of the lot with the rental. To top it off the fleet of vehicles are outstanding.

Exceptional experience!!! We had put in a reservation with another car rental agency and at the last minute prior to our trip we decided to check out Enterprise and their prices. We got a car over $200.00 less and will certainly go back for another rental. 1-When we landed and went to the counter lady, she was very pleasant and even gave us an upgrade without additional charges. 2-We then went to pick up our car, the gentleman gave us a few options which didn't work for us, then we saw a car that would fit for us, he said that was a luxury car. Oh....then...he said "if this works for you, it works for us'!!! and without additional charges! 3-Upon return the process was very smooth and the gentleman was very pleasant and professional!! Enterprise you are employing the best customer service agents!!! thank you and we will certainly share our experience with our friend!!! FYI This location was Boston/Logan Airport!!!!

The service in Boston was top notch. Every single employee, from the agent that checked us in to the attendants that brought us our van gave us VIP service. The van was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They did everything to make sure that we had everything we needed even wiping down interior again to make sure it was totally clean, which was not necessary because van was spotless. One attendant even made us take a family picture which was very nice of her. When we returned vehicle, the service was just as good and very fast. Vehicle was not ready at the time of pickup but I was ensured they would get me the SUV I had reserved especially when I had a large party with me. Waited a few minutes and was able to be on my way. Returning the vehicle was very easy and the attendant was very polite and interested in how well the vehicle served us. Would definitely rent again!

I called and asked them this question. The rental agencies help each other out. Just go to an open agency and they will assist you.
It's at the airport but you have to take the shuttle bus to where you get the rental. It was convenient for us and all rental car places are in the same area.
How do I get the phone number for the rental center at Logan airport Boston mass? My flight to Logan is do in at 11:30 PM. is gonna be hard for me to get to the rental center before midnight I am flying JetBlue flight number 392 how am I gonna get my car?

I had a similar situation, I simply called to let them know of the change. They made a note of it and when I arrived I got a free upgrade bc they didn't have the truck I requested. There are plenty of vehicles there for renting. They were great at getting me in a vehicle quickly. I hope this helps.

sorry if this is mistranslated. The best way to get a cost estimate is to go through the enterprise.com reservation process. Which will show you availability and cost with a final total at the end and a reservation from a car. You don't pay until you pick up the car.

When you arrive at Logan Airport, there will be signs directing you to the rental locations. The Enterprise logo is clearly listed, among the other rental companies, you can't miss it! Follow the arrows on the signs and they will direct you exactly where you need to be. Should you miss a turn, don't be flustered. The airport goes in circles for the most part and you will come across the signs again. Best of luck! Drive safe

I've never seen one over past 10 years. And I'd ask the Dorchester location. Be aware that Airport is open long hours (5:30 am - midnight ?) whereas suburban locations tend to close early, do half a day Saturday and close on Sundays/Holidays. Bottom line ask questions. Also outside of Logan, the choice of cars is usually more limited.
The shuttle bus will drop you off at the Rental Car Center if us what you are asking. If driving, same thing. Just drop someone off with car seats and take to the Enterprise counter and circle back around and pick them up.
The only way to ensure that the car you reserve has APPLE Play is to call the location AFTER making your reservation. You can then ask a rep to check your car specifically to ensure that your vehicle's year, make and model provide the desired feature(s). Good luck!
Plenty of time. If you have a reservation someone will be there even if its after midnight. :)
U work for enterprise and they will charge you a fee for dropping at another location from where you rented. And the price will bring your rental up higher.

I haven't found an airport location that does pick ups, unless picking up from airport.
Rental agencies do not usually care what the reason is for late return. They charge per your contract. Usually there is an hourly rate that kicks in. This is for all agencies, not just Enterprise.
Yes, but there is probably a chance they do not do so in some scenarios. Perhaps an airport or hotel too far from their location. I usually always rent through Enterprise - they have good customer service. I forgot they do have shuttle service from airport to their car lot.
I would call up there and ask, to get the best answer.
