You can book the rental for midnight which is the latest time on line you book it, but they staff the counters 24 hours a day with either someone at Enterprise or their sister companies, Alamo or national. Either way they will have someone there for you

Yes. When calling the customer service line listed for Logan there will be an option for those making reservations. I've never called after midnight for a car to be booked the same day, so I recommend calling the day prior to your 1 a.m. arrival to reserve your car. It's also really easy to do it online and pay when you arrive. BEWARE!!! In addition to the price listed online, there is typically a $250 holding fee and insurance cost that varies depending on the make model and year of the vehicle you reserved. Hope this helps!
