I called today because we had a lost package. Kelli helped me out..and she updated me immediately. She was super polite and helpful. USPS ships a million packages and we use them daily. I wish there were more USPS employees like her! Thanks for helping us out!

I have had an awful experience. I live in an apartment building and was suppose to have a package delivered the 30th. They left a note saying to reschedule delivery. I was home all day and no one buzzed in or knocked on my door. I rescheduled for the 2nd and no one showed up at all. I went today but was too late. They have extremely inconvenient hours and extremely lazy delivery men who do not even knock, just assume I am not there and leave a note, then never show up. I am extremely infuriated with their service and extremely dissatisfied as what was being delivered is to help me with my post-op surgery.

Phoned this Post Office on Oct. 24th, 2014. I spoke with a lady by the name of Darlene, asking for her help with an incorrect house number that I had placed on a package being sent to an E. Boston address, from Florida. She immediately assured me that she would contact the mail carrier on this route to make him aware of this mistake. I received a phone call from Darlene within the hour saying that all would be fine and the mail carrier would be looking for the sent package.
