Worst experience. Transported my material from az to WA. In January. Bill of landing clearly stated keep material from freezing conditions. They do not own one temperature controlled truck. Once material arrived I denied material. Driver pretended to have opened a claim. Wrote” no visible damage further inspection”. Told me I was covered”. All lies denied the claim 5k In chemicals ruined they will not stand behind their terrible work BEWARE DO NOT USE!!!!

They got my box of fiberglass car parts to me in one piece so that was good thay need later hrs so people can pick up freight after work

I agree with most of the other reviews about this company. They are rude and put customer service dead last. They did not deliver my product because their paperwork said it was to go to a residence, the delivery address was our office/warehouse. They will not allow me to pick up my product from their facility without prior written authorization from the shipper approving the changes AND then they will charge me to pick it up from them because of the change. Their people on the phones are extremely RUDE and just don't care....they should be working for the DMV instead

I was able to track my shipment which was fun. They called 3 days before it was in Spokane and set up a time to deliver. The driver wa on time and very helpful. I had some missing parts but the driver took care of everything. Thanks again.
