I was on the first night of a cross country, 2000 mile move, when my check engine light came on. Not knowing what to do I called Foothills Mazda for help. Will Clark in the service center was absolutely amazing. He fit me into the busy schedule, got me a loaner car, and gave me a list of recommendations for activities and lunch locations I could do until they were done. They found something was not fastened down correctly, fixed it, and Will got me back on the road without even charging me the service fee. I was able to complete the rest of my move with zero issues and I cannot express enough gratitude for how helpful Will and his staff were.

Disappointed cannot begin to explain our experience here. We had come in on a Monday to look at a truck they had on their lot. We only had a short time during my husbands lunch break but we liked it and my husband went back that evening to test drive it. This truck had been on the lot for 60+ days and we were ready to make an offer. When they got back to the dealership the salesmen could not move forward with anything official because "their system went down". My husband spent over an hour filling out paperwork by hand and talking about trade-in options. It was our understanding that we would come back tomorrow with our second vehicle to look at a trade-in and hope their system was back up and running. When I got there on Tuesday I was greeted and told they had sold the truck that morning. I was completely blown away! We were under the impression that it was ours and we would have even purchased it Monday if it was not for their system going down. I was given the excuse of "first come first serve", but again we were under the impression we were first. I could not and will not recommend this lack of professionalism, organization, communication, and poor business to anyone.

Great car buying experience! Salesman Justin was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make the process easy, transparent, and doable for us despite our being out of town buyers. The price on a new vehicle was the best I found and kudos to the dealership for no extra fees padding the final price. Thank you, Foothills Mazda! You took great care of us. We'll be back.

Staff was great. Kayla was doing an awesome job being courteous and professional, getting things done, and helping out other staff. I was there for about 3 hours while my car was being worked on and all staff was super nice. Lobby was super clean, snacks were provided and fully stocked and I was checked on at least 3 times while I waited.
