I love everyone I've delt with at this office I've seen them have to deal with real jerks and I don't think it's necessary.

Surprisingly painless and very friendly staff. Just make sure you have all your proper paperwork in order. They could you a proper line or number system to be fair

Guess I should of looked at the other reviews on this place before going there. The older lady that I had to go to was rude and not helpful at all. She was snapping at me and while I was still standing there still taking to her she started doing her paperwork for something else with no eye contact just ignoring me waiting for me to leave. I won't be going back there.

New office space is much larger, with lots of sofas for waiting. They also have a new, optional virtual cue system, using the app Skiplino. To take advantage of the system, simply download the app before you show up, type in the location name, and have the app wait for you until you are notified that it’s time to arrive in person!

How does a person get an ID
Better call
The new WA invasive species permit is $24. It is new this year and only required if your boat is not registered in Washington.
I don't think so but not sure... There are two different ones in North Spokane. One on Hawthorne is my preferred one.
Yes 9 to 1
no
Go to dol.wa.gov, and look for auto title replacement. Plenty of information that is basic and very understandable. You can also call, or just go in. Note: They are in the same strip of businesses, but in new office space on the SOUTH end (last office storefront. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the new space is MUCH larger, more seating, and more people working behind the counter, and much faster. You can call the number, and usually very minimal wait time. Good Luck!
No you can just come in
You can still renew your registration without your notice; if you are the registered owner just bring in your ID and an old registration if you have it. We can almost always still find the record with just an ID if you have lost your registration.
No, not until he is 18 years old
Same price. I renewed online and had them send it to this office so I could skip the line, it was super easy.
Called and got the answer: Only 1 hour! Probably varies on how busy the day is though.
Yes you can
The registered owner can come in and sign a form saying the tab has been lost and we will issue you a new one. The fee for a replacement tab varies depending on the vehicle but it currently is between $13.25 and $20.50.
Yes
No. Bring paperwork.
If you are looking for a trip permit to use an unlicensed vehicle we have those. If you are looking for your driver license/permit that would be done at the Country Homes office.
Closing warly
If you have the title and are not making payments on the vehicle you should only need the title, divorce decree, your ID, and payment. If you are making payments on the vehicle you will need to contact your lender first to get the title so it can be updated. We can process quick titles (an actual title you walk out with) here; not all vehicles and situations qualify for a quick title, however. The fee for a standard transfer would be $37.50, a quick title transfer would be $87.50.
Probably. Call to confirm.
Yes we can do that here for you
Not sure. You should probably call them.
You should probably call them on this one.
You will have to call them.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8-6, and Saturday 9-1
Yes it is.
They don't replace licenses here
