One of the most rude, obnoxious, unprofessional companies that I have ever had the displeasure to speaking with. They send out garnishments to companies that have never even employed the people, without even checking on employment status. When questioned about this practice they just become even more rude and unprofessional.

I have had the worst time ever with this company! I have Left at least 3 to 4 emails. Called every number that I can find linked and or associated with this place. Tried setting up a payment plan. I have tried everything short of going up to their location in Spokane (Which I just may do to see if they are a scam company or not). I understand that the pandemic is going on but I have had no reply what-so-ever from them while I continue to get charged interest. I am about a step or two away from taking legal action at this point. Every time I call it rings and hangs up, I have tried every extension. Every single email I have sent has gone un-answered. If you work here and see this, do try to get in contact because I'm about ready to hire a lawyer.

For being a bill collector, Sadie is actually very pleasant to work with. I think the cool thing is that she remembers shes HUMAN too and understands things happen. If you're looking for someone to have a real one on one with then Sadie is definitely the person you want to deal with for your collection case.

This guy that worked there was very very rude. This was an old debt from 7 years ago (2010) that I inquired about. He mentioned how he would fly debt collectors here to my home in Colorado to collect payment. They would take legal action and take me to court and take my assets (only thing I "own" in my name is a 93 Honda with 310,000 miles on it). Then, he said ma'am we have verified your employment and will work with your employer to garnish wages etc. I said oh, where do I work? He stated the school district. I said sir, I feel attacked...I have been a stay at home mom since 2011 how dare you lie to me like this. How unprofessional and unkind. I was never rude. I was quiet most of the time as he spewed all this information. When I mentioned I haven't been employed for 6 years and have never worked for any school district...he instantly apologized!!! This was so absurd to me!
