First time we set when our regular remote Logan parking told us they were full for Memorial Day weekend. Pleasantly surprised because we were happy with our regular place. Shuttle was there almost immediately on both ends of our shuttle to and from the airport and the drivers couldn’t have been nicer. Totally recommend to others. Peggy

We had a small group traveling. It was so nice to pull into your business, leave you with the keys, have you load our bags and then park our car as we were already in one of your vehicles, headed off to our terminal. Upon return , we got our luggage off the carousel and I called your service. You let us know exactly where you were going to pick us. Your company was there with approx 10 mins of us calling, and we were dropped off at our car. Staff was attentive to answering the phone, polite and courteous. At the end of a long trip, you were a breath of fresh air. Thank you for your services.

I learned about this service online more than a year ago when I was looking to take an impromptu trip to see my daughter in Florida and I didn’t want to have to depend on someone to drive me to or from the airport. I read the reviews online and decided to use Park, Shuttle & Fly. I was so surprised at how easy it was to find, how quick it was to get on the shuttle and how fast it was to get to my terminal. I felt that the return would be the real test. I called the number, got my bags and went to the assigned spot. Within 8 minutes they were there and drove me right to my car. So convenient and easy! Ever since then we have used this service for all of our trips. So very pleased with the service and highly recommend!

We use Park Shuttle & Fly every time we fly and always have a great experience. Everything is seamless, stress free, and convenient. Payment can be made electronically in advance, for a quick in and out process. Never any waiting. The shuttle is always either already at the airport or picks us up within 5 minutes of calling them. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. Price is reasonable! I highly recommend!

Our parking charges are calculated based on the exact time that your vehicle is parked at our lot regardless of the reservation arrival or departure times. Altering your actual reservation parking dates/times will change the final charges up or down. This is clearly stated on our reservation confirmation you receive when you book with us. In researching your past parking stay with us our system indicates that your reservation stated a return date/time of 05/22 at 12:30am, your actual return date/time was 5/23 at 12:12am. Therefore, you were charged an additional day. I hope this explains the additional charge.
We are an open air parking lot, so no shelter from the weather. However, we do make an effort to clean off snow on and around parked vehicles. We also start the vehicles that we hold the keys to whenever possible during inclement weather.

If you are there in the night, you park your car on your own and keep the key cos they don't need to move your car. If you are there when the lots are filled, you need to leave your key there so they can move your car when there's a lot available. The facility is great, however I had a slashed tire when I picked up my car. when I asked if they have surveillance cameras, the management told me they will get back to me but they didn't.
A reservation will guarantee you a space especially during school vacation weeks. Parking starts on 2/14/19 for school vacation this year. Online reservations can be made 24 hrs a day, no deposit is necessary. Our lot is fully staffed and operational 24 hours a day. We have been in business for the past 44 years.
Do you provide shuttle to the airport Hilton?
We generally save parking ticket information for the past three years. Unfortunately, points can only be earned on parking stays starting on the date you signed up for the rewards program. I hope this helps. we appreciate your business!
