I have used SuperCargo several times to send boxes from Boston to Barranquilla, Colombia. All the boxes arrive within a week and in great condition. They pick up the boxes wherever you are in the Boston area and help you with packing supplies, if needed, making sure the boxes are packed properly and securely. I have been very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.

The box arrived on time . And in good shape. No signals of being open or manipulate. But after checking the items and gifts sent to the family. Many of them were missing Professionals in remove the items from box. So you as customer can't have a strong claim. Reported to super cargo. The long investigation determined the company won't give you anything even when you paid so call insurance. The insurance company is not third party . It is themselves. Their resolution was as this: if you don't want to use services anymore or recommend us It is ok. But we won't recognize a dollar . Sorry you were stolen. Upset. Stolen , disappointed.
