Our parking charges are calculated based on the exact time that your vehicle is parked at our lot regardless of the reservation arrival or departure times. Altering your actual reservation parking dates/times will change the final charges up or down. This is clearly stated on our reservation confirmation you receive when you book with us. In researching your past parking stay with us our system indicates that your reservation stated a return date/time of 05/22 at 12:30am, your actual return date/time was 5/23 at 12:12am. Therefore, you were charged an additional day. I hope this explains the additional charge.
I may be incorrect, and I've been parking with them for over 20 years, but they go my time not calendar days (like rental car companies). If you're not a member of their rewards club you should. I always reserve a spot and have a price given to me at booking. I've not to my knowledge been charged for being a half gour later than expected.
