How do I get to keep my key when parking instead of leaving it for valet service? I would love to learn this is optional. It makes me want to seek out other competitors that let me keep my key when traveling.

If you are there in the night, you park your car on your own and keep the key cos they don't need to move your car. If you are there when the lots are filled, you need to leave your key there so they can move your car when there's a lot available. The facility is great, however I had a slashed tire when I picked up my car. when I asked if they have surveillance cameras, the management told me they will get back to me but they didn't.

You do have option to self park, but there is limited space. It is first come first serve but early in the morning. Hope this help
