Car was great. Check out was supper fast. Check out lady very helpful . I do have a BIG ISSUE with the service charge for tolls i cant avoid on the east coast. So 15.00 toll fees equals 14.95 service fee. No ask no heads up just a charge and don’t reply to this email. Its the principle not the dollar amount. So national obviously my business isn't important to you by how you treat me. Message received.

Renting at National is always easy with Emerald Club, just pick any car you like at the aisle. Returning is also quick. The variety of vehicles was very limited when we rented but we got a nice and fairly new Nissan Kick. I get a great price through my employer contract.

With National's Emerald Club, at Boston's Logan Airport I got the exact car I wanted, for a great 12 day price, quickly, easily, and without hassle. Before my trip, I had contacted National at Logan to see if I qualified for the Emerald Aisle with which you bypass the counter and pick your choice of mid-sized car in the garage. They told me they didn't do that at Logan and I should go to the counter. When I arrived, the counter was unmanned with a sign to go direct to the garage. Voila! There I was told to pick any mid-sized car and drive off. I found the perfect small-outside big-inside car for driving in parking-challenged Boston, a Mini Countryman All4. Since we drive a Mini at home, the controls were familiar saving us valuable time leaving the facility. Over the 12 days, we fit in many parking spots a larger vehicle would have had to bypass. The car was great; return was great; there were no hidden charges; and it was an excellent value. Overall this was a great car rental experience. I wish they were all this way.

The whole process of renting a car is very smooth. If you have a reservation, the staff are are ready for you when you arrive. It takes a few minutes to get the car. The staff outside also are readily available to show you where the cars are located. It is a great pleasure to experience good customer service demonstrated by National Car Rental at this location. The car was clean and appeared to be well sanitized especially now. Keep up the good work!
