I would suggest calling just to make sure. If an esa or service dog, that wouldn't be a problem for sure, but not sure about pets.
Call ahead of time and ask. A crate usually does the trick - if your pooch fits in one. If it doesn't, bring a lease as usual. If they say no or hesitate, go anyway and act as casual as possible when the shuttle arrives BUT have a back up plan just in case the driver's having a bad day (they usually only seem to care about passengers being respectful of one anither on the short trip).
