First time homeowners, bought our house 2 months ago, hadn't even moved in and we discovered the basement flooded with two inches of water from out hot water heater. I called Servpro after hours, had no idea what to do or if they were even the right people to call and Angela answered and immediately took over and calmed me down. She had them come over first thing the next day to start cleaning the water, told me about insurance and a plumber (this didn't even cross my mind, I was literally clueless). Servpro handled insurance for the cleanup and dried out the basement and I am so thankful for them.

I would like to thank each and everyone of you (Johnny, Tyler, Kyle, Chuck, Michael and Gabriel). When water damage happened 2 wks before my surgery and the week I had to put my cat to sleep. I was overwhelmed and broken hearted. You came in and took control making a bad situation so much better. As 2020 happily came to a close, the last thing anyone would want to deal with would be water damage at the onset of 2021.
