Had water damage and it converted to mold, my insurance told me to contact SERVPRO, and Iris Aliciea was my assign Project Manager for both Remediation & Reconstruction for my kitchen and bathroom she was very professional and courteous, always had an answer for all my questions. Remediation team Zach, Arnold and Camila were great. Then Arnold worked in all the repairs needed and his work was impeccable and clean. I am very happy with the services SERVPRO provided me and my family with. I would recommend SERVPRO to friends and family.

We had Zachary and Arnold come to our residence after a line break and extensive water damage. Zachary arrived within a few hours of the company being notified. He was courteous and explained in detail the process and what to expect. He was very professional during this process. We returned after a few hours to check on the progress and I was amazed at how much the 2 of them were able to get done, I also felt somewhat relieved to see that the drying process was working. They called me when they were finished and explained all the equipment and how each was working to extract the moisture. Zachary is a compliment to your company. Thank you for helping us during this unfortunate situation.

Joe, we spoke on the phone earlier and we do not to the cleaning if there are still mites living. We would need the mites killed first. After that, SERVPRO would be more than willing to clean the area.
