So ...where to start but to say - if you are in the market for an amazing experience as well as a car then this is the dealership for you! Start to finish it was seamless and hassle free, but I want to paint you this picture as beautiful as it is I need to give all the credit to the people who deserve it - Chris Pileggi was my Sales and Leasing Professional he was pleasant and was educated in all aspects of this sale, from what was quoted to what was offered it was perfect, Michael McMahon was the Finance Manager and he was funny and not one of those that are in the dark room who treat you like a number and finally Jackson Bender who is the General Manager is amazing to deal with, he greets you with a smile (like everyone there) and just makes you feel like you belong there. I brought my Cadillac SRX to AutoNation Cadillac of Port Richey for a part replacement from the manufacturer (recall). The kind lady who arranged for me to cone in was phenomenal in her customer care! I came in last Saturday and the time to repair was completely accurate as stated by the Service Manager! They replaced the recalled part with minimal wait time and washed and detailed my car when it was complete! Awesome! I also bought a new battery for my key fob there & it was installed for me while I waited! Excellent service all around! I would definitely recommend this dealership and when it comes time to trade in I know exactly where I will be coming! Thank you AutoNation for your superb customer service !
