I was ran off the road by a fully marked 1-800 DRY ME OUT work van that was driving extremely recklessly in Tampa, FL. If this is how they drive, I can only imagine how they conduct themselves as a business.

I had Devin and Rob G come out to check for water damage and the ceiling was dry and found out it was the shadow. They were wonderful and efficient. We got to talking and found out other things they do and will get a quote on cleaning the AC cleaning. They were wonderful and would recommend them!

Hello, I am responding to all that ever need a review on this company. I cannot say as much as I feel for the help I received from this company. I returned home and found my bathroom had had a flood due to a simple failure on a plumbing connection that continued fir 24 hours. The flood had released water throughout my bathroom, master bedroom, master closet, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as well as into the main hallway and the porch. I called at 10 pm and 2 young wonderful employees came out to my homes rescue, they gave me such a feeling of confidence that I should not worry. These 2 employees helped me move my furniture from from the flooded area. They also removed all the wet carpet and padding, baseboard as well as the toe kick of my bathroom vanity. They worked diligently and in tandem as a team to understand what it meant to a customer to help them. They set up drying machines, humidifiers and water evaporators with hoses to my bathtubs and sinks to remove the moisture in the air. They had stayed until there job was completed many hours later. The confidence of this company and what they did for 11 days has no equal in competition. They dried my home out completely as well as mold and moisture checking throughout as well as going above and beyond for me. I cannot thank this company enough for the help they gave me and my home in such an emergency. They are responsive, respectful, helpful and kind to my home with respect to the walls, furniture and to me. Steve is there guide and supervisor to have been shown that these people that are in need are to be treated as family. To set a precedence as this company has shown me, has no equal as this company is the best! I truly thank them for all the help they gave me and my home and again...Thank you very much!

Called DryMeOut and they were here within a couple of hours with fans and heaters to dry the water under my sink. They performed moisture tests throughout the house and explained how the next few days would go. Very helpful and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). The owner even called me to make sure everything was going okay. They even have an independent contractor working directly with my insurance company so I don't have to deal with all of that. Highly recommend.
