HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS DO NOT USE! When they arrived they told us they would be removing our toilet and vanity and cleaning the mold! They informed us they would be reinstalling the toilet but after finishing they proceeded to tell us it would be thousands more for them to replace what they had removed! The men that came to work were horrible and very unprofessional at the job! They showed up and proceeded to not have any of the right tools and broke down for hours and said they would reschedule only to come back in the middle of the day and continue! They did not use any clean supplies and flooded our entire home with dirty dust from one of the vacuums and let it explode all over our home! They were asked multiple times to close doors and proceeded to leave doors wide open letting hot hair and bugs all over our home even when they were informed we had newborn puppies. When we did not want to pay thousands of more dollars to have our bathroom properly finished they packed up everything and instantly left without a word, when we asked when we could have someone come finish they said not until it was time to remove the barrier, when asked when we could remove it they said when they could, this service is horrible and I would recommend taking money somewhere else, The owner argues with costumers and does not listen on top of doing a horrible job. We also asked for a copy of the contract and the workers scooped it up and left before we could get one!

Update: We are now officially over two years I am owed thousands in out of pocket expenses and trying to sell my house but cannot due to an open permit that they let close. This has the potential to cost me tens of thousands of dollars as the housing market shifts. Avoid this company. In the middle of a of a claim that is over a year old. Missed delivery dates multiple times and I even canceled stock I found local because they said something was going to be delivered when asked to cancel only to have them not deliver it with no real date listed. This missed delivery may have cost another month of delays due to the holidays. We don't have access to 25% of our house. I would strongly suggest you look deeper at reviews. If I could do it over again I would have paid more out of pocket and just eaten the costs to just move my work forward. My son is undergoing cancer treatment and the response to making sure we are communicated with and taken care of in less than favorable living situation has been underwhelming. Just such a bad experience. Except Steve he has been a ray of hope.
