Very professional team! Highly recommend, if you ever need these types of services you know how stressful it can be. The process went seamlessly and we were kept informed every step of the way. Super clean and respectful of our property. My husband and I were very impressed. Great customer service that you just don't find anymore. Thank you PuroClean!!

Tyson and his team have now saved the day twice when my sump pumps failed to bail water out of my basement fast enough. Tyson showed up early on a Sunday to bring me a larger pump to help get the basement empty and then had his team out the very next day to removed damaged items and start the drying process. His employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Tyson and Shawn both checked in on me and the basement through the drying process and made sure I was happy with how things looked before they removed equipment. If you're ever in a situation where you need a remediation company, Tyson and the Puroclean of Strafford team should be your first call.

The misfortune of a leaking pipe brought us the good fortune of working with Tyson and his team at PuroClean. We were thoroughly impressed with Tyson's quick response, his incredible knowledge and professionalism and the team's work (including careful packing of dishes, setting up a tight containment area and clean up following the original job). Tyson also worked very quickly with our insurance company! Would recommend without any hesitation!!

John B. answered my call and the crew was here within the hour after my septic tank backed up. He was very professional and reassuring in explaining what needed to be done and how it would be accomplished. The cleaning and drying process was amazing and I felt that the basement was super clean when they finished. John B. Returned each day to check on the drying and kept me updated on the next steps to be taken. No one wants to think about sewage in their basement! I cannot praise this company and their employees enough and I know that my basement is clean and safe to use! I am a retired medical professional so I have the background and knowledge evaluate how they did their work. 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you

Questions & Answers

Do I need to hire a mold remediation/removal expert to remove mold, or can I do it myself?

Mold is very tricky—and when attempting to remove it yourself, you can disrupt it and make it worse. A professional mold remediation company is able to remove it correctly, adhering to the IICRC mold removal guidelines for proper mold remediation. They will also be able to apply measures to prevent regrowth.

How do certified technicians typically handle water damage?

The first thing professionals do is remove damaged materials that will either be restored or discarded. Materials include baseboards, insulation, furniture, carpeting, upholstery, carpet padding, fragile woods, drywall, and more. After the damaged items are removed, the technicians begin drying out the water and disinfecting the areas. Specialized tools like air movers and dehumidifiers are typically involved in the drying process. Professionals will also handle mold damage in the restoration process. Mold-infected surfaces will be disinfected and restored as quickly as possible to prevent it from spreading.
