Servpro of Largo is hands down the best company to deal with when disaster stikes. Last year, our air-conditioning unit let go in our condo causing water and mold damage. Every single person with whom I had contact from Servpro of Largo was and is courteous, professional and honest. I had to leave to come back north before the work was completed. They kept in contact with me every step of the process from the clean-up to the repairs and dealing with our insurance company. They helped to pack up our belongings with care, and treated everything like they were working on their own home. After a bad experience many years ago with a different remediation company, I was apprehensive and guarded. The Servpro team immediately calmed my fears and put me at ease. The workmanship after the clean up and remediation is also top notch. I recently received a call from our condo association telling me the unit above ours had a water leak causing water to leak down into our unit. I reached out to Servpro immediately and again received the same professionalism and quick response. As busy as they are, they always make me feel like I am their only customer. As much as no one likes to deal with disaster clean-up, it's good to know there are honest companies out there. I cannot say enough good things about Servpro of Largo. Thank you for all that you do!

We had water damage from a sewer repair yesterday and they were at our door first thing this morning! And if that wasn't good enough, the technician they sent, Stuart, was REMARKABLE!!! So nice and very efficient. This is the first time we've used the service, but when we use them again - which we will - we are going to specifically request Stuart as our tech!!!

With Covid, there was quite a delay in our project (shipping, etc which is outside of anyones control :/ ). Overall great experience. Our incident/date of loss was in late May and we just finished up the project (end of Oct). The first team that I was assigned to did not seem very organized and updates were rare. I felt that I had to call to know where the project was. I believe that this lended to a delay in ordering supplies. A few months later, I was reassigned to another team: vendor and subcontractor (game changer). I worked with Rob as the primary ServPro vendor. He was very easy to communicate with and organized. Jefferson was our subcontractor. I could not have asked for a better team between the two. Everyone was professional, reliable, and diligent. Thank you so much for your time on our project!!!
