Looking into this. But new management. Still waiting, waiting, waiting. Been here for more than 3 years and it is the best decision we've made. Friendly, clean, and economical.

Very beautiful, nice and peaceful

Best trailer park on Long Island, not specifically for 55 and older. A nice amount of families of various ages for children to make friends. The office is generous and kind with children. I would give more stars, however, there is simply too much marijuana smoking and it's getting worse with the legalization. These trailers are in close proximity to one another and with nice weather people are smoking with their windows open sharing their unwanted smell and smoke. It's sad to see that some of these residents who enjoy getting high have young children living with them. I can't even go for a nice walk with my husband and child without having to cover our faces, hold our breath, or run past numerous houses. I also can't open my own windows because my next door neighbor is retired and stays home smoking weed all day. This ruins my day off or having guests over for the holidays. It stinks badly. Some of us have asthma or jobs that drug test and we don't appreciate this second-hand garbage forced upon us. It really devalues this beautiful community and makes it seem like a typical trailer park with miserable potheads living here. This is bad enough to make me want to move. Thank you.

There is some bright lights at the stop sign that blind you at night. Trigger on motion. There are giant rocks under the lights. Someone is going to get hurt.

No no Ren ting
Check with the main office, I am pretty sure that you can.
Bayshorehomesales.com Press menu Put state New York and then islip and u scroll down u can review the listed homes for sale there
No renting
Cheaper to buy. As far as renting, I'd call the office.
2 bedroom home rent and how much
You pay a mortgage on the actual trailer and then additional lot rent to the park (which includes garbage pick-up) The lot rent is about $1100-$1300 a month.
No hoa you have to rent land which is 1018 a month
I I need to move my apartment and house that I'm in for 14 years is being sold we can maybe 60 days but I need to know the rent and one or two appointments I mean one or two bedrooms I'm sorry
Don't expect THEM to answer, we reached out to them many times & got no responce.
I'm not sure they "rent" there. You may have to buy the trailer. Call them & ask.
No this is just a mobile home community.
The price of house are all different. If you mean renting then renting isn't allowed.
no renting.
The land fee is $895 a month
not an rv park. mobile home community only. lot rent is 955 without star tax credit.
There's an open spot, on Revere Drive, as there is no trailer in that spot. Might even be less money, because a family member is paying less on that block.
The official policy is no. But some people do it any way. Either way, you'll have to go thru a background check at the main office, at your expense. Each home is individually owned. The lot is rented.
You have to be approved by the front office (background checks), and that's only if they approve of the rental. The lease actually states no rentals. You own the trailer, but rent the lot. Call Michelle in the front office, she can fill you in more.
Around 200 homes. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Also very kid friendly in a really good school district.
