Switched to Waste Pro Clearwater 12+ months ago and have been very satisfied. My current route Persons (Steve & Quinn) have been absolutely great. They are always pleasant and have seen them on several occasions pick up items that have blown off the cans due to overfilling. Just shows pride in there work, customer service, and going that extra step. Thanks for the Great Service.

Waste pro IS garbage. I agree do not waste your time! Garbage never was picked up.I had 2 x's a week pick up, if i was lucky that week I would get one day. Dont bother calling because the wont send a truck. They tell you they will but...no. The billing dept. Is horrible. They messed my account up. Told me I had to pay 3 months in advance because my account was flaged deliquent. Which is was not. I changed companys but the great thing is waste pros can is still sitting on the side if my house , regardless how many times I call them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They told me that they would refund me for missed visits but then never do. This company should be investigated.
Zero customer service. Maybe we'd know the answer if they ever picked up a phone or returned a call.

Monday (6/3) (a week & 1/2 so far)has come and gone on 136th Way, Seminole. Garbage is supposed to be picked up Monday/Thursday. The bins at neighbors are overfilled, smell, & crows having lunch etc. I asked neighbor and they said they keep calling. I am calling the county today since they issue permits.
Wi Back to work on Friday.
Unfortunately they only offer twice a week service which is pretty much the industry standard. Doing twice a week service allows them to give the best service possible.

Give them a chance, new manager running this office and he is cleaning up the place but he was handed a fractured office.
My guys are constant in my pick-up days. If an issue , check "stuff" on their web site to see if /when you have a question.

They've always picked up on Memorial Day. I think the only 2 holidays they miss are Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Really? They can't even pick up on regular days. However, no they don't. Most companies move you to the next day after a holiday if your regular day falls on a holiday.
