What is going on with this company? We pay for twice a week service and over the last several weeks we (our entire street) are lucky to see them once. They promise to pick up and don't show up. They do get their bills out promptly though.

Monday (6/3) (a week & 1/2 so far)has come and gone on 136th Way, Seminole. Garbage is supposed to be picked up Monday/Thursday. The bins at neighbors are overfilled, smell, & crows having lunch etc. I asked neighbor and they said they keep calling. I am calling the county today since they issue permits.

Yes, the bill is the only thing we can count on! I am firing them. The first year we had them they were far superior than the other waste companies. Now they are the worst. We are going to start using our neighbors waste management company. They seem to have no issues with either recycling or trash pick up.
