Was completely ignored for 10 minutes until I actually had to say can I have help. They seen me just standing there and did nothing. Then when someone was told to help me they made out a huge grunt. And was rude and unprofessional . I have deleted the ap and am done with McDonalds if that's the way they treat you . Absolute joke

Absolutely disgusting place, never caught her name tag but she was some crazy black coworker who was absolutely rude and coughed up an attitude. Snapped at me for ordering something. Snatched my debit card whenever I was trying to pay. Disgusting and absolutely rude. Why work there if you’re going to treat your customers with disrespect??

I walked up to the counter and I guess the lady who was standing at that register was taking drive-thru orders. I was very unaware of that and she wouldn't even look up at me and tell me "I'm sorry you're going to have to go to the next register." She just ignored me and then when the next worker walked up she helped the person behind me first then asked if anyone ordered on the kiosk.

There’s an older lady that works at night named Stretch and she is such a delight to deal with. She runs the drive thru and she always ask about the mobile app and helps you if you don’t have it. Super sweet. Fast service.
