So I usually go to this location 3 or more times a week. I just spent the last hour throwing up after I found a small roach body with one leg attached at the bottom of my mash potatoes. Super nasty and definitely changes my outlook on ordering out at places now. No one cares about the quality of food nor service now a days 😞

I rushed here a few minutes before their closing time so I was nervous that they might not take my order. However, when I arrived I noticed there was still a decent amount of people inside and in the parking lot. At the drive through window I did not feel rushed ordering and was happy that everything I ordered was still available so close to closing time. At the window I realized my daughter’s kid’s meal did not have any chicken. I asked for a cup with some chicken, but instead they gave me a whole new tropi chop bowl with chicken, and everyone at the window was so kind which I appreciated after a long day.

Really enjoyed the food but really unhappy with the mobile order pickup. My food took 20 minutes beyond the time it was due. And they were serving multiple customers who came in and ordered while I was standing there. Not very happy. Though I feel for them since they have a sign on the door saying the room is closed due to labor shortage.

So this was my first time to Pollo Tropical and I'll have to say I enjoyed my food. I went in late about 50 minutes before closing and the food was all still good. Sure a few items I wanted to try they did not have but that's expected for being so close to closing time. Service was great and friendly, they forgot to give me my cheesecake but luckily I noticed before I left. I tried the chicken rice bowl with everything on it, a mojito, and if course had to try the mango cheesecake.
