Waste pro IS garbage. I agree do not waste your time! Garbage never was picked up.I had 2 x's a week pick up, if i was lucky that week I would get one day. Dont bother calling because the wont send a truck. They tell you they will but...no. The billing dept. Is horrible. They messed my account up. Told me I had to pay 3 months in advance because my account was flaged deliquent. Which is was not. I changed companys but the great thing is waste pros can is still sitting on the side if my house , regardless how many times I call them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Just called and no one answers. They put you in loop. They have already missed 1 1/2 weeks on 136th Way, Seminole. I just went out onto the street and picked up garbage that is falling out of bins. Crows are now scattering garbage onto the streets. Where is the county?
We've been having issues for a while now. garbage pickup is sporadic at best and they apparently have stopped picking up our recycling all together. And my husband has also watched them not pick it up on the designated day and then throw it away with the trash on trash day... If we're even lucky enough to have that picked up.
I never had an issue with them. Yesterday they didn’t pick up my trash so I thought they were closed but apparently not. Can will be on the curb! When I signed up, I always was billed for 3 months in advance just like all the other companies do. Not sure why you wouldn’t be eased to being charged quarterly in Pinellas County - that’s standard!
Similar situation with us. My boyfriend has called over 5 times and each time they assure us it will be picked up. They haven’t picked up our trash in over a month and it’s literally been sitting on the curb because we haven’t received a can either and the neighbors are complaining. Our house is literally overrun with trash and we’ve had to take small loads to my moms house because of this. Absolute worst service ever. Considering taking legal action since we’re paying and not recieving our service!

Service was rock bottom, but last 2 months has seen a major improvement.. hope it continues
We've moved many times between companies. They all have issues but this one is the worst
