Exceptionally friendly and professional staff who make it a calm atmosphere. This is an excellent place to donate, I have not had one single problem with this place at all. If I had anyone to recommend to this donation place I would. The expectation to get in and out quickly you will most likely spend a minimum of 1 1/2-2 hours plus from the time you walk inside to the time you leave after your donation. I mean it does not matter what time I come in the wait time is the same unless your there right when they open up and your the first one in line. Other wise it's a great place to donate.

The employees are very helpful and nice. I find them to hard workers and very efficient. I would recommend Octapharma Plasma to anyone looking to donate. Thank you and God bless

it’s funny… they NEVER answer the phone when i call but will always take calls when i’m there before helping me. also they are not kidding about false positives so unless a std scare, a needless trip to the doctor, and a needless talk with the health department is worth 100 dollars per stick to you then go for it. otherwise stay clear. ( i also forgot to add that after you prove it was a false positive to the health department octapharma will continue to mail you until you physically come in so they can tell you what you were “positive” for even though they know the health department does all of the communication and follow up like this place is just plain annoying idk. do it at your own risk.

These 5 stars are 100% for the phlebotomist named Sage. The last three times that I’ve gone, I couldn’t remember her name and tried describing to everyone what she looked like just so I could get her again. She made that good of an impression! Today she was finally there again and did amazing as ever! Everyone was requesting her. I seriously think that a raise needs to be in her near future. Outstanding and genuine worker.

For either plasma donation centers (octa & cls) if it's been 6 months and more, you will get the new donor rates and will have to do all the screening and video watching again...
Yes just go in and let them know what happened and they will make sure you get a new card
Your first donation will be 75 dollars, and the next four will be for 50. When you hit the regular fees i am not sure. My guess would be 15 for the first donation and and 55 fir the second donation that week.
You will get $100 for your first 10 donations.
The locations both have different times I believe. Hillside closes at 7pm. Thinking they also open at 7 am but not positive on that.
In my experience, they do have referral bonuses sometimes. However, I have not seen one recently. Never hesitate to speak with donor center staff to see if there is a promotion active.
If you are getting mail there then maybe
60. Monday restarts the week.
You can electronically transfer it to your bank account for free
I recommend if u are a new donor to go before like 3 because the new donor process takes about 2 hrs before u go donate
Yes 7am until 7pm everyday except christmas
It's depends on how much you weight
For new donors it doesn't really matter what day you come in. Time wise, I'd say it's usually best to get it done before 5 since there is a physr process you have to go through and it takes a little time.
If it was a serum sample sent out to a lab & it came back low, protein or hematocrit, you will be deferred until you can produce a passing serum sample. If it was low at in-house screening, you can try again next day
I'm not sure but it don't hurt to call and ask them
You have to wait 6 months after your last donation date to be considered a new donor. The rates are: 1st&2nd donation $100.00. 3rd&4th donation $50.00 5th donation &75.00.
You have to go up there and try to check in and then they'll tell you if you need a protein check
Twice a week with at least a full day in between donations
And social security card I believe
Just walk in. No appointments are made. It's first come first serve!
The new donor fees are not affected by body weight. They are 1)$75|2)$50|3)$50|4)$50|5)$75. These payments expire in 45 days or until you complete them. I hope this answers your questions!
I don't think so since you'd have to provide a piece of mail from the last thirty days along with ID and social.
They won't be able to tell you his schedule
There are 2 weight paying categories (figuratively speaking) and a promotion for new donors. All payments are posted in the lobby. (New donor fees are actually 75, 50, 50, 50, 75, adding up to 300.) I suppose you can say I'm a regular there.
Since I've been going there (almost 2 years), the new donor fees have always been $75, $50, $50, $50, $75 totalling up to $300.
Don has the right idea, however, I can say with confidence that the payment category that weight falls under (150lbs-400lbs) is $20/$55 at the moment.
Depends on your first donation. Donation days begin on each Sunday and ends on each Saturday. So if your first donation day was Saturday and then you wanted to skip Monday and come in Tuesday, then your days will then become Saturdays and Tuesdays. You can push days forward but never backwards.
You will have to wait till the next Monday.
Bring your ID, proof of current address sent by mail to your place of residence within the last 30 days, and your social security card.
I can say with confidence that as long as the doors are unlocked (business hours), they should be accepting new and return donors unless management says otherwise. The new donor process is more lengthy, so calling the center to get an estimate on how long you might be there is a good idea.
its twice a week and 1 day in between... I go thursday/Saturday
Yes they are open every day. Dunno about Holliday's though
Update: money should be sent to you almost immediately upon disconnecting, assuming no complications or paperwork need to be dealt with.
Im sure you could May want to call and make sure
It depends on the monthly promotion. There have been monthly promotions that were new donor friendly in the past.
No. You will not be able to donate again until Thursday.
The answer to this question is entirely circumstantial. Due to the question being medical by nature, calling the center would likely not be very helpful. I would recommend you speak to their medical staff and figure out what you can do to get donating.

6 am on weekdays and 7 am on weekends
$75 the first time, $75 the second time, $75 the third time, then $50 the fourth time, Then it goes to $20 then $40 thereafter. Now all this is only possible as long as you donate TWICE each week.
Yes they do. 75 for new donors for your first donation.
$75, $50, $50, $50, $75
To donate your first time? You need your social security card, proof of address (preferably mail that has been sent to you within the last 30 days), and an ID.
One week.
If you call Octapharma they can tell you for sure. I think it is different depending on how much you weigh.
Yes
To answer your question, as long as you have decent veins they don't have a cut off date.
You have two months to get your first five donations in for your $75, $50, $50, $50, $75
It's free and you can get it at the center...just go up to the front and ask for another one...
20/45 after your first 5 donations
Nope
7 days
Don't go there! JACO, the Joint Commission on hospital accreditation, has cited Octapharma numerous occasions for not adhering to universal precautions. I witnessed them on several occasions inserting needles into multiple patients without changing their gloves I've seen them drop tape and bat and bandages on the floor pick them up and still use them on patients
If it's your first time donating there it's like 70-75$ for the first time
