I don't think so since you'd have to provide a piece of mail from the last thirty days along with ID and social.
As long as it is an octapharma that you donate at in your home state then you would be able to donate here as well. When you first walk in you would just have to tell them that you normally donate at a different location and then I'll get you transferred over into their system and then you can go through like normal.
It honestly depends on the situation. I recommend calling and asking for more information.
