Just moved here from North Carolina and was looking for a good primary care doctor. This place does not have the right caring and compassionate people within their practice. The workers stare at you and give us weird smirks, no one acknowledges that you’re there and if you go in with a problem they’re just gonna refer you out! Went in with concerns and still left with my concerns with no answers. Not to worry I already found another doctor! I’m glad I listen to my gut and went to another doctor and things are taken care of now!

1st & last time I go near this place! Had to schedule a Cat Scan. 1st they scheduled me for 3 weeks out. Then the day of the test they called to tell me, they could not do it because I needed more current lab work. Did that and a month later I had a new appointment for my CT. (the Tech who did the scan was the only nice part of this whole experience, she deserves 5 stars). 3 days later I got an email telling me the results were available on the Healow Portal. Upon reading the report I instantly knew the Dr. who read the Radiology Film, read it for the wrong issue! The report was for my Prostate not the Kidney issue I went in for. I called into DMG in Largo the next day asking to speak with the DR. (who's name was in the report). The answer I got was, " we can't put you through to the Dr. directly, but we can leave a message for him to call you". 2 messages and 8 days later & still no call. Totally unprofessional & rude. I just called my urologist's office to see if they had received any update. Update she says, we haven't received anything! No Fax report or the Film.

When I tell you they are the most amazing people there. Tina was definitely amazing I was so nervous going to have my procedure done because of all the pain I had endure in the last few months from my doctor office and the emergency room. But when I tell you they made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel no pain during or after my procedure. The doctor himself was just as awesome as well, I would recommend them to anyone.

While she can run behind Dr Todd is amazing. I hadn’t seen a dr in 10 years and this woman sat down and listened to everything that I had to say and not once did I feel she was trying to race out of the room or make me feel like my health concerns were silly. That’s why she runs behind, because she cares significantly enough to take the time with you. The NP Janet is also wonderful and great at taking time to listen to you and make you comfortable. I love this office!

That's an excellent question. Every office I know says the same thing. My other Doctors dread working with them. They're the worst. But.my Doctor is awesome so I stay
Because they pay them less and it makes the company more money. Do not settle for a PA or NP. They do not have the training that physicians have.

I've been going here for about 3 years now and have always gotten right through for anything. The staff there when you check in is always very friendly. And my primary Dr. Quintana is great and very thorough addressing all my needs

Yes they helped me treat mine and also offer the shingles vaccine. Pretty sure they take most insurance.

If you have an online portal account it's a snap. Have you ever been sent info from your doctors to an email address? It should contain your online access to Diag. Clinic.
Academic Alliance of Dermatology is now in the clinic renting space from the clinic. We are very pleased with them
Do not go to Quest Diagnostics! They are very expensive! And they are scammers!
