DCMF just released a new portal for patient access. With very little information in the email, I have locked myself out yet can't find anybody at my clinic to help reset my account. HELP!!

Unfortunately, you have to call the clinic. When you call press 0 right away explain the situation and they will hook you up with somebody that can help you out.
