That's an excellent question. Every office I know says the same thing. My other Doctors dread working with them. They're the worst. But.my Doctor is awesome so I stay
4 faxes? try 17 phone calls over the past week and half trying to get referral sent to a specialist for my daughter. It is absolutely ridiculous that they treat patients this way. When you call they blame it on their recent system upgrade - but they have been blaming it on that for 2 months now. The recording also says you can reach them on the new Patient Portal - thats a joke as well. I have sent 4 messages - none of them have been responded to.
You're lucky they EVER respond to you. My husband and I have been patients there for years, and have yet to get a response to any message we leave. We are currently shopping for a new Doctor.
Haha! "Answer the question"? 3-18-22...I see a 2.2 rating here. Everyone posting here has the same issue, me included. I try to not negative knock anyone but I have had enough as well and I saw the ratings. Really bad and I agree. BCBS owns the building.
