Very smooth efficient check in process. Of particular note, Amy is exceptionally helpful. She went the extra mile for me to get an earlier appointment than I originally had been able to schedule. Also, Gary was very thorough and he took good care of me. His assistant Jerry is great as well. All in all, it was as pleasant an experience as a doctor visit could possibly be. I am happy to have found West Dermatology.
