It's clean and the machines are kept up. Easy to go get lunch while you wait for your laundry. Needs more chairs though

The best part of this place is the fact that other customers are friendly, seem content and will readily point a "newbie" in the right direction. That offsets the fact that considering the high cost, JCG embodies a pretty confusing system without any hired assistance on site for new customers coming in to do laundry, especially in terms of creating a card and learning the automated payment set-up. Saw at least one frustrated customer attempting to understand the card reader, and I was a bit puzzled as well. Feels overpriced; $6+ for the larger machines. No options for delicates, wash n' wear, or different cycles; only temperature choices to select from for wash; dryers have warm settings as coolest, no air only option- so I'm waiting to see if there's any shrinkage. 'Nice to see stainless steel machines which are very clean without mildew which often accumulates in many front loaders. WiFi works well. Openly spaced, very clean carts and surfaces, and right near other handy establishments, all of which are a plus.

Here at 730am to do laundry before work…. They are supposed to be open at 7am. No one is here. **in response to the response given by the owner… the doors were NOT UNLOCKED. A number of clients were waiting outside and I tried all the doors and a few other people did too. At 730 the doors unlocked and people went inside. If you actually check your cameras then you will see people trying to unsuccessfully get inside the business.

Too many broken washers taking my money and soap. Way overpriced and charging .35 cents for 5 minutes on a dryer...makes your trip so much longer. Spent $50.00 only to get treated like garbage after needing an extra wash because their washers were broken with no signs, completely soaked my clothes no spin cycle. And this was the second if not THIRD time over the past year with this particular washer doing the same thing-- with NO sign warning customers. I never said anything and all the times passed with all my money wasted on the dryer for the soaked clothes... However, this time I finally spoke up, only to be treated very rudely by the staff after I asked for another wash because it was close to closing time. Fix your broken washers and PUT SIGNS UP. It's called Common Courtesy which evidently this store does NOT have. Please let me know how you would like to make this right, as I would like a refund for all the embarrassment and inconvenience. Thank you.

William, we are transitioning to a touchless laundry. Only our soap dispensers operate on quarters. The washers and dryers operate on the laundry card, which can be purchased at 2 dispensers with cash, debit or credit. Our fluff and fold operation now also accepts payments with debit or credit. We hope you visit our store soon.
2.50 and up...depends on how many loads you are washing ...also you have to buy a laundry card. It is not COIN operated any more . but the card costs .50
Yes. It's $1.50 a pound
