It depends on the terms and duration of the lease.
Our Property managers look after up to 100 properties each and we have a dedicated leasing consultant to assist them with viewings and processing applications.
Absolutely we have a dedicated leasing consultant and we offer appointments until 6 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays as well as Saturday morning. We can also arrange other after hours appointment if those times do not work for you. You can either book in to the next viewing that is already scheduled, book in a time in our leasing consultants calender or let us know if either option doesn't suit you and we will contact you to arrange a time that suits you specifically.

Yes, most of our properties require a mid-lease report. But don't worry, it usually only takes about 15 minutes and is just a chance for our out-of-state/country owners to see the condition of the property if they aren't able to fly down.
Yes! You can apply online. But first you need to view the property in person, and to do that you need to fill out the Showing Request form in the description of the property you are interested in.
