House cleared credit period for probate 2 weeks ago, Judge is terrible at keeping up with her work because closing has to be postponed due to Judges lack of interest in doing her job in a timely manner.

I never thought I would give a governmental agency a five star review. But the employees and efficiency was superb. Laura Roth should be proud. It began the day before with a telephone call to be sure I had all the proper documents. And going there in person was very fast, friendly, and efficient.

Hand delivery would be best. That's what they told me. You don't have to go inside there is a payment window on the right side of the building. Just take it right there.

Yes, I just had my ceremony there last week. You can do a ring exchange, personal vows and they don't really have a limit to the number of people that can be present. Keep in mind the inside ceremony is a tiny room; we had 10 guests, ourselves and the deputy clerk performing the ceremony. It got hot and was very cramped, but was a very short service.
Come to clerk of court's Deland or Daytona and go to traffic/misd department, they can help you
