We cannot say thank you enough to Sharon and her team (especially Tammy) for their incredible training of our doberman! Our girl first went to them for puppy training as an anxious and fearful dog with severe separation anxiety. After 2 weeks she came home a completely different puppy! She then went on to complete basic obedience with Tammy and she is now a confident and independent girl! She does great with her commands and we have even started doing some off leash things with her too! Because of Tammy, our girl just passed her AKC canine good citizen test! She has come SO FAR in just one year and it's all thanks to the 1 Dog Trainer Academy!

Sharon is the best at what she does. Our Golden Retriever puppy was transformed in just two weeks into a well behaved family member. And when necessary, I wouldn't leave Archie anywhere for daycare but with Sharon! I HIGHLY recommend The 1 Dog Trainer Academy, whether for training or daycare. The experience with The 1 dog Trainer Academy from day one has been excellent!! Our dog Max is a labradoodle puppy and is full of energy!! While we were worried about Max being able to grasp the training concepts, Sharon reassured us his ability to learn would be fine despite his hyperness as a puppy. We completed obedience training and Max has been extended successful in learning and obeying commands. We are so proud of him! I Highly recommend Sharon and her team for all the time and care they have taken to not only train Max but to care for him as if he were their own. We trust Sharon with Max and even bring him back for Doggy daycare and Boarding🙌🙌!

Sharon is the best! When I first spoke with Sharon and she said what her training was, and that I had to leave my 8 week old puppy for two weeks, I felt ill. But I had done my research before even calling her, and I came back to her website knowing she was the one before I even met her on our consult visit with Bella. My puppy has lots of energy with Zoomies and the first video she sent me was just like a puppy ( Crazy) But she assured me that Bella was smart and could be trained. Let me tell you she knows her job to a Tee. I call her my dog Whisperer. When we picked up Bella she was my same puppy with energy but trained to walk on a leash, to come ,sit and manners. Our job is to continue the training at home. She is the only one I trust with our Bella. Money well spent. Looking forward to our obedience training to begin soon. I have to mention our Bella loves Sharon and continues to see her at day camp for socialization and boarding. Thank you Sharon for all you do! Kathy

I do offer service dog academy. Typically I like to start with a puppy so we can raise and train the pup to your specific needs. It is about a 2 year process and once the pup has completed all the required obedience, public access and task skills then we are able to certify. Honestly it sounds like he has instability and trust issues. You need to seek help from a dog behaviorist who specializes in these issues. Some dogs don’t recover from this behavior and if you don’t know the cause of it, it will make it harder to gain control over. Try contacting your vet and see if they can recommend someone for you as well. Good luck.

Hello Our first step was to get the dog certified in good canine citizenship. Once that was done we proceeded with task training and that's whatever task the dog is going to do to medically assist it's owner. We used to one dog training academy which was absolutely phenomenal Sharon is one of the best trainers we've ever seen. I hope this helps
