I called from the parking lot for the COVID test as instructed, but was on hold for 10 minutes. I decided to drive around back where the cones were. Brandi came out and greeted me right away. I told her I was still on hold. She took my information and swabbed me within a few minutes. She was wonderful.

Dr.Karla Mcnish and her staff are phenomenal. Extremely professional and caring. I have never been to a doctor that has taken every concern of mine so seriously and urgently. Dr. Mcnish is the only doctor that has left me walking out of their office with less anxiety than more. For the short time I had with her she really took her time with me and made me feel so much better about everything I’m currently dealing with medically. She took time to know me personally and really listened. I wish my new insurance accepted her services because I know it will be hard to find a great doctor like her again. I don’t know if she will ever understand how grateful I am to have had a doctor like her even for just a few visits, really helped me calm down and reassured me.

So far bad experience. Been sick and just got insurance and out of hospital so I made appointment here. Dr was sick, understandable but had to wait two more weeks for appointment instead of making those of us having to reschedule a priority. Then I asked if they do courtesy reminders since I was driving when they had to reschedule. They never called and I missed it. I called a few days after unfortunately thinking it was coming up to find it already past then they wanted me to wait another month. I asked for the manager but they were unavailable so then the lady was able to give me a last minute appointment but was rude about it saying to make sure I actually show up to this one even though I had told her what happens, which makes me wonder what kind of notes they leave in their files!

Walk-in exam for upper respiratory infection. Fast, friendly service. Dr. Kahn took his time with me, listened to what I had to say. All of the staff was great.
