Jake was so very helpful this am in putting on my new bike seat I purchased from their Drew St. store. He also adjusted my handlebar height, which took a bit more time than we initially thought-but Jake did it all while also working the front cash register and had the best attitude: all in a days work to assist someone, no matter how small the job. I purchased my 1st TREK bike from this store 30 years ago and they have maintained their fabulous customer service. Jake told me they just celebrated their 50th anniversary and I can understand why. Thanks again Jake for taking care of me and my Schwinn this am and making my day 🤗.

I bought an expensive bike..why? No pressure sales. They gave me information and said ‘Think about it an take your time’. Much appreciated. When I bout it they informed me of 12 month no interest financing. Much appreciated. Here is the kicker … true real customer service. I bought the bike at closing time and rode into the susnset….or 1/4 mile before a sharpened dinosaur bone punctured my tire. An after hours call for help was answered …. and they came to pick me up!!! 1.5 hours after closing I was on my way! And no charge!!! Sorry to the manager for being late for date night with his wife. These guys earned 6 stars!!

From a touring rental perspective: I think this is the best deal in Tampa Metro. For $265/week I rented a Specialized Tarmac Expert and rode it down to Key West. There are better bikes to rent at other shops, but the higher cost was a little too much for me, while $265 seems fair. Bicycle was in great shape and held up well. You may want to bring your own tires for longer distances / heavier loads. The shop does not offer before hours pickup or after hour drop off.

They have a great variety of beach cruisers - we got both of ours there. Not sure about used, but new ones for sure.

Harry, we don't have info on the Super 6 NEO at this time. You can check back with us next week for an update on the arrival time of a Super 6 NEO. The Synapse NEO is viewable at www.cannondale.com. You might want to come by the store, view and ride a Specialized Brose 28mph Turbo Vado as well as new Bosch equipped ebikes up to 20mph. This would give you a chance to check out the two different motors to see which would better suit your needs. Feel free to call or message us with any questions. We'll be glad to update you as the new products arrive.
Bud, our e-bikes start at $1999 and have the efficient mid-drive motor, not the less efficient hub motor. Stop by Chainwheel Drive in Clearwater or Palm Harbor to check them out.
Yes! Currently mostly Specialized Tarmac and Allez but also other models depending on the size needed. Give them a call, super friendly and helpful, great places to ride too!
