I called this company last week. I was referred to them for internet. I spoke with a lady there informed me to fill out a application for service. Did that night. Ss#, cc information. Called back to schedule a installation date. When I talked to them last week. she said 1 to 2 weeks before installation. So 1 week to call me than 1-2 weeks for installation. I guess they have enough business. So don't need mine.

Jacob and Jacob came out to do my installation. I felt very comfortable having these men in my home. They were professional and courteous and able to answer all my questions and help me with all my set ups. Also thank you to Gabriel who was able to schedule my appointment so quickly.

I got UIA phone and internet in 2019 and have received excellent service from the techs and the staff. I'm bad with names, but I have dealt with Byron, Laura and Jacob. The problems were far and few in between but they've been good at keeping us aware, giving credit, apologizing even when it was something beyond their control. I wish more companies was as great as UIA. We love ya!!!

Hi Harold, Yes it is $70. in Helendale, no charge for the router - it is a month to month agreement. It is VoIP but it hooks up to your regular phone lines, $25 per month. Yes you can keep your current number. Regards, --Wes
Mine is 20mbps up and down with the VoIP for 300 a month. It's a solid service and the tech support team is awesome. The one time I did have an issue they resolved it super fast. Hope that helps. They offer a variety of speeds and pricing and packages.
