Not necessarily with the Nashua location but with Xfinity in general. My internet has been screwed up for a week and a half. I have had a technician come out and find out that there were so many issues with my account other than the internet flickering in and out. He fixed all of the other issues except for the internet flickering in and out. I have called customer service everyday since to try and get somebody out to my place to try and fix it again, they cannot seem to get somebody out here as soon as possible, as in the day after I call, saying that this is the only closest appointment available. You’d think they’d try to resolve the issue immediately instead of 5 days after the phone call when this issue has been going for a week and a half. I have tried to call this location and several other locations. The number they provide for the individual stores goes to the help center in India… for all of the stores. Not exactly helpful. Totally unsatisfied with my service and will be switching providers. Unacceptable

It's taken me a couple months to post this due to not having the time. But, Stacey Patterson and Nick Vendt are amazing. I went to the Lowell Xfinity because my phone just stopped working. The screen would turn on but that's it. When I went to the Lowell location two guys didn't even take my phone they just looked up my account and said I could either pay $450 to pay off my phone and upgrade or pay $200 for my insurance. I just had a baby three days previous and didn't have the money to do either option. I left in tears. Then knew there was no way that something couldn't be done. I went to the Nashua store and Stacey and Nick had it fixed in not even 5 minutes. All it needed to be done was factory shut off so an update could be done.

Have no idea what they are doing. Outright lied to me stating all my phones had protection plans. While there I looked at my account and it said my phone didn’t have insurance on it. The employee turned the monitor around and insisted they were all insured. I pointed to my phone and his answer was no that of course my phone was insured because I “brought it with me”. So I would still be walking around thinking my phone was insured. Rude and clueless. Don’t even get me started on the “Free Netflix” Tried to rectify issue online have been waiting over 5 hours. Started out 274th in line

Worst system ever. You can't call any of the stores directly. If you want to know if they carry a certain phone, you have go to the store. Otherwise, you call the 800 number and they ask all the unnecessary, ridiculous questions they possibly can and the end result is you can't get an answer from them as to whether a certain store carries a certain phone or not. Don't waste your time. Just go to the store.

Not shure why your phone giving you bad info I just asked Google were Vomcadt Xfinity is snd went right to it maybe it is your phone ,make shure you Google in updater and try again when I put it in my phone it showed the closes to me house and that is south Nashua but I picked Manchester and no problem
