AFC is by far my favorite gym! The facility is always clean, the members are great, and it literally has something for everyone’s workout type. They have small classes, personal training, obstacle course workouts, boxing, cardio, weight management and more. The trainers are very knowledgeable and really pay attention to each of their client’s individual workout goals. They become like a “gym family”. Whether you’re looking to try something new, get back into shape, lose weight or just punch it out this is the place for it all. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

I've started seeing a personal trainer, Andy, here for the last few weeks and have been enjoying myself. It's been going really well and I'm looking forward to continuing to work out here and with Andy. If you are looking for a no frills, bare bone gym and gets the job done, I'd recommend this place.

My husband Paul and I cannot say enough about AFC - especially the the owner Jason!!! It is a great environment. It is second to none when it comes to personal training and getting results. On days when you might not want to be at the gym, Jason can immediately boost your energy and make you feel motivated! When you hit a plateau, he finds ways to encourage you, change things up and get you to that next milestone. Most of all you can tell that he truly cares. The overall staff is friendly and welcoming. We would certainly recommend this gym, the bootcamp classes and the trainers (Jason & Andy) without a second thought.
