Pretty good as far as our situation was concerned. Very prompt response and fix of any Maintenance concerns. It's nashua so you can't expect much out of the area but the apartment is super nice and affordable.

Absolutely disgusting never fixed anything crack head tenants heard about most of their tenants having bed bugs SLUMLORDS doesn't even begin to describe them!!

Don't rent from them. BED BUG INFESTED... RENT TO CRACK HEADS .....PLACES ARE DUMPS. WHERE IS MY SECURITY DEPOSIT PAULA????

Yes they do have quite a few bed bug rentals, and they take the worse in for tenants
