Kate was lovely; went above & beyond to help solve a mobile issue that shouldn't have happened--and by rights she could have just said 'sorry, we can't help'. She was on the phone chasing down answers for longer than we had any right to expect and Spectrum should be proud to have her. Docking 1 star simply because of the poor info we received from another rep but she earned 5 stars hands-down.

I've had Spectrum for years. Lately my experience with them has been very frustrating. The last 2 months have been very bad with the router just losing signal and then comes back on. It started with losing signal a few times a day. Now it's gotten so much worse. Last night was the final straw. The signal was on and off 12 times in a 25 minute time. I'm not paying for high speed service to have no signal at all. I just can't see this being warranted anymore. Just isn't worth the money any more.

Need 0 star option. Hands down absolute worst service you can get!!! We lose internet connection more than 10x a day, sometimes for 20+ mins at a time, and router reset multiple times a day, even calling and having automated service send a signal to router from company smh. We have moved the router to different locations in the home hoping it would help but it does not. Completely overpriced and company does not work with current customers on package pricing. Staff in office are always friendly but their hands are tied and they can not assist with service issues. I can't believe they have the nerve to call and send offers for cellphone service, with how terrible the internet works I could only imagine your cellphone would never work either.

After you have had service for 12 months then you start getting charged for boxes
Because they suck. Anyway turn tv off turn box off and unplugging the main cable into the box wait a few minutes then plug it back in and turn everything back on
A think thats a subscription service
Go back into your rentals and see if its there , then click on it and continue watching it. It might mean you need a new box as Well
