They are so unprofessional and they do not know how to groom, even after given SPECIFIC instructions! They charge too much and are extremely rude. I stood there for 15 minutes and was totally ignored. Already found somewhere else to go!!

I thought the groomer was only there on Saturdays, and sometimes not. I was advised to call but that was about 6 months ago
