Got here 45 minutes early for my appointment, they checked me in, assigned me a door and were loading me within 15 minutes. I didn't have load locks in the reefer as it was a frozen load and I didn't want there to be any problems with them working. I asked the office personnel to have the loader meet me at the warehouse door when he was finished loading me and I would put them in then. They told me they would have the loader come get them from my truck, which was definitely going above and beyond what was necessary. 35 minutes after the loader started loading me he came out to my truck and retrieved the load locks, installed them, sealed my doors and gave me my paperwork. All in all this was one of the best experiences I've had with a shipper in the last 4+ years of running refrigerated freight.
