Bought the 5 devices 10 day package at my resort, first day WiFi unavailable for half day, rest of vacation spotty WiFi at best. I called the company got no credit, no explanation and no timeframe of return of service. I definitely do not recommend!

Horrible is all I can say. They are down for days sometimes. I work online and lose so much money in commission because of internet interruptions. I am Switching providers this is not worth the hassles. Low and behold it’s now a week later and down again their service is unreliable. They say 24 hours a day which means someone answers the phone but techs obviously don’t work 24/7. If it were me buying for a hotel I would look elsewhere.

I have only seen this service in a local hotel in Colorado over the last few years. Other than that, I have never heard of the service. When the service goes out, all you get from these people are pathetic excuses. The last time it took them 10 days to repair. So far this time it has been 3 days and nothing but lame excuses to cover for their inability to do anything to repair. Many people are paying this hotel for working Internet service. Since this hotel uses Comcast for the cable TV, I think they should add their Internet service and bundle for a smaller price. Deep Blue is not a company that should be trusted for consistent service of their product and definitely not for their customer service. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! USELESS!!!

This is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. They even make Comcast look good. The premium service I paid for in an apartment did not work from March-June 2017. I called many times, there was a long ticket on the matter. They sent a service tech out, and it still didn't work. I work on the internet for a living and had to move because all I could get was the free wi-fi. Mike Bentley in Latham, NY did manage to refund two months worth of service, but not the four total months the premium service didn't work, dropped out all the time, didn't give the advertised speeds, etc.. I'm still owed a refund for May and June of 2017. Mike and Deep Blue need to take care of this.

Deep Blue Communications is in the business of engineering, installing and managing commercial WiFi networks.

Online registration does not accept my postal code, which has not changed for 30 years. I’m at a WorldMark Resort and would like WIFI connectivity.

This definitely sounds like a layer 8 issue. Have you tried restarting your computer?
