I was extremely nervous to go in because of some previous hair trauma (not from TIGI). I spoke with both ladies at the counter, another coworker, and my new stylist Esther about what hairstyle would look best for me. I went in with some ideas but was still very unsure what to do with all my grown out hair. We spoke on face shape, hair texture, hair weight, and what I’m looking for. They were extremely kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience all around and I love my new hair!

I’ve been seeing Callie for years and she’s one of the best! Every cut and color comes out perfect, and she’s very detailed oriented with it. She’s so friendly and always makes time for me to get my bangs trimmed in-between cuts. The salon is always clean and scheduling is always on time.

Absolutely amazing salon! I had been working on having split dye. My hair always got light enough but never quite the color I wanted, or the color never really lasted that long. I decided to try out TIGI and get my roots touched up by Esther. Esther is so friendly, professional and kind. I was blown away on how beautiful it came out. I am absolutely in love with my hair!!! Esther was also very informative with products for the upkeep. Olaplex and Kevin Murphy are amazing products! My hair has never felt better. She more than delivered a 5-star service and will definitely be coming back to see her again. Thank you, Esther!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this salon. Everything here is clean, tidy and professional. All of their stylist do amazing jobs from color to cuts. The front desk, too, is also very helpful, informative and professional. TIGI is a wonderful salon!!!

I am beyond dissatisfied with the service I received here. I didn’t get the color I thought I would get at all. This was after I was assured that we would get pretty close to my ask. I started to get concerned when I realized that Emily didn’t put toner all over my hair. In the picture you can see where she missed a huge chunk near my ear. She missed the hair on the other side of my head as well and missed the hair at the nape of my neck. For some reason the toner didn’t take to my bleached hair at all, and so I insisted that it had to be done again. There was no way I was leaving the salon looking like a bleached yellow mess. I was sitting in the chair -having a panic attack that my hair hadn’t taken most of the toner when Emily asked “how are we feeling?” This made me angry because she had obviously done a bad job, and to me, it felt that she wasn’t owning up to it. While I was still reeling from this disaster, Esther started cutting my hair, she didn’t even ask where I liked to part my hair, and she barely brushed my hair at all to begin cutting. I asked for layers and they are the worst layers I have ever gotten. You can see that they’re not flattering at all and they don’t blend well together. I can’t wear my hair naturally anymore because this is how bad it looks when I don’t style it. To top it off, one side is significantly shorter than the other side. No matter which way I part my hair I can’t make it look flattering. I paid 190$ for this disaster, I’m sure I got the same quality of hair cut from a sports clips for $20 three years ago. I honestly don’t know how Esther is the manager. She ruined three years of growth. In the end they couldn’t even style my hair because they ran out of time after I insisted that the toner needed to be redone. I left the salon looking like a yellow, wet tangled mess. I had no idea what my final color or haircut looked like. I have never been treated this way in an “up-scale” salon. I do have to say that Esther offered to do a redo, BUT seeing that she did such a terrible job with my cut and she didn’t offer a discount even after they couldn’t style my hair, there was no way I was going back to that salon. Esther didn’t take her time cutting my hair at all which is surprising because I was her first haircut of the day. It felt like she had no time for me, she made big choppy cuts and then called it a day.
