Just went in and the kid working the counter walked right by me at the register 3 times. Didn’t say a word but stared at me and kept walking. Third time he walked back past me with a bag of straws at a snails pace. 2 people working in the back peeked out and stood talking. There was one employee eating in the dine in section and one guy in the drive thru. I turned round and walked out. Will never come to this location again. The Carls at Briargate Pkwy blows this one out of the water. Come on Carls mgr/owner, step it up!

I have always loved the Hardees biscuits from here until recently. The last 4 times I have been to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the egg is paper thin. It's like they cut the portion back 75% percent to save money. It is literally as thin as paper. I'm super disappointed the murdered my favorite biscuit! Go back to quality not quantity!

Didn't appreciate the counter person using inappropriate language when speaking with a coworker. A bit pricey! Other than that the burger I got was dry but ok. Chocolate shake was amazingly old fashioned...... The Best
